Raspberry Filling

This is such a good recipe! I made this Raspberry Filling as a birthday cake filler and loved it! this recipe fills a little over a small jar so we used the leftovers as raspberry jam – SO GOOD!

Ingredients

  • 1 1⁄2 cups frozen raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1⁄4 cup sugar

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan, combined all of the ingredients and slowly bring to a boil over medium-high heat (keep stirring until thickened for best results).
  2. Let cool completely before spreading onto cake.
